About Marco
A Family Tradition
For Marco Sorbera, simplicity, tradition, and family are all concepts capturing his experience and relationship with the dishes he creates. From his Sicilian grandmother Rosaria's clay-pot cooking to his Roman mother Linda's bold pasta and lamb, Marco draws on generations of authentic Italian tradition.
Today, Marco invests time in every preparation — making his sauces, spiced oils, and cured meats from scratch using home-grown herbs and simple ingredients. His creativity and adventurous side are on display in every dish he puts on a table.

Prepare
Marco and his team prepare everything from scratch using the freshest ingredients — sauces, cured meats, spiced oils, and more.
Serve
On the day of your event, we handle everything — setup, service, and cleanup — so you can enjoy the celebration with your guests.
